Job Title: Government Tender Sales Manager – Elevators / Lift Projects

Experience: 3–8 years in government tender sales, institutional sales, MEP/project sales, elevators, electrical, HVAC, fire, construction, or infrastructure projects.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Government Tender Sales Manager to identify, track, follow up, and close government elevator/lift-related tenders across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The role requires field visits to government departments, coordination with engineers/officers/contractors, tender documentation support, and complete follow-up from tender identification to order closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track elevator/lift-related tenders on GeM, CPPP/eProcure, Telangana eProcurement, AP eProcurement, Railways, R&B, PWD, municipal, hospitals, universities, and other government departments.
- Visit government offices, engineers, project departments, consultants, and contractors for project information and relationship building.
- Study tender documents, BOQ, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, EMD, PBG, payment terms, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal technical, costing, accounts, and documentation teams for bid submission.
- Prepare tender checklists and ensure all documents are submitted before deadline.
- Follow up after submission, attend pre-bid meetings, coordinate clarifications, and support negotiation/order finalization.
- Build a pipeline of upcoming government lift/elevator projects in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
- Maintain weekly report of tenders found, tenders eligible, bids submitted, department visits, follow-ups, and expected order value.
Required Skills:
- Experience in government tenders, GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, or institutional/project sales.
- Good understanding of EMD, PBG, BOQ, technical compliance, eligibility criteria, and tender documentation.
- Ability to visit government departments and build relationships professionally.
- Telugu, Hindi, and English communication preferred.
- Two-wheeler/car and willingness to travel across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
- Elevator industry experience is preferred but not mandatory. MEP/electrical/HVAC/fire/construction tender experience is acceptable.

Compensation:

We need a professional government tender sales person, not a normal retail sales executive. Candidate must be comfortable with field visits, tender portals, documentation follow-up, and government department coordination.
