Recruitment for Sales & Marketing Executives - 3 Positions
Position: Sales & Marketing Executive - Factory Products
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or an equivalent qualification
Experience: 2-3 years
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented marketing professionals for sales and marketing of products manufactured by our fabrication and transformer units. The candidates will be responsible for identifying customers, generating enquiries, developing institutional and industrial business, and supporting conversion of business opportunities into orders.
Key Requirements:
· MBA/PGDM in Marketing or an equivalent qualification from a recognised university or institution.
· Two to three years of sales or marketing experience in any product- based, manufacturing or factory environment.
· Experience in industrial products, structural fabrication, electrical equipment, transformers, transmission and distribution products, solar products, railway/OHE structures or allied sectors will be preferred.
· Candidate should be based in Raipur or willing to relocate to Raipur.
· The candidate must possess a valid driving licence and should have a two-wheeler for customer visits and local travel.
· Good communication, presentation, negotiation and customer relationship skills and working knowledge of MS Office
· Ability to understand basic technical product information and coordinate with engineering, production, estimation and commercial teams.
· Role Responsibilities:
· Identify prospective customers and business opportunities for the Company's factory products.
· Visit customers, consultants, contractors, utilities, industries, solar developers and other potential buyers.
· Generate enquiries, maintain the sales pipeline and follow up for quotations, technical discussions and order finalisation.
· Coordinate with factory, engineering, costing and commercial teams for preparation and timely submission of offers
· Develop and maintain customer relationships and collect market information relating to demand, competition and pricing.
· Support participation in tenders, vendor registrations, exhibitions, business meetings and promotional activities.
· Work towards assigned sales targets and provide periodic sales and market reports to the management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
