Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to company growth through strategic sales and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads and opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Present company services to potential clients and close deals
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and business development plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and client handling
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
