Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Appoint and manage distributors and dealers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure product availability and visibilty in the market.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Expertise in handling and managing a super stockist network.
- Willingness to travel frequently as required.
- Proficiency in setting route maps.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of FMCG/Food industry sales experience preffered.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
