Rules & Expectations
Attendance & Punctuality
* Report to duty at least 10 minutes before the scheduled shift.
* Attendance must be marked through the designated attendance system.
* Unauthorized absences or repeated late arrivals may lead to disciplinary action.
Grooming Standards
* Uniform must be clean, ironed, and worn correctly at all times.
* Maintain neat hair, trimmed nails, and excellent personal hygiene.
* No excessive jewellery, strong perfumes, or unprofessional appearance.
Mobile Phone Policy
* Personal mobile phones are not permitted during service hours except with management approval.
* Phones may only be used during designated breaks.
Guest Interaction
* Never argue with guests.
* Maintain professional language and behaviour at all times.
* Avoid discussing internal company matters, salaries, or personal issues with guests.
Service Standards
* Tables should always remain clean and presentable.
* Dirty dishes must be cleared promptly.
* Maintain awareness of guest needs without waiting to be called.
Hygiene & Safety
* Follow all food safety, cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
* Report equipment damage, spillages, or hazards immediately.
* Prevent food wastage and handle company property responsibly.
Inventory Responsibility
* Report shortages, damages, or breakages immediately.
* Handle crockery, cutlery, glassware, and equipment with care.
* Minimize wastage through responsible handling and portion awareness.

Every Food & Beverage Service Associate is expected to:
* Deliver outstanding hospitality with every guest interaction.
* Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during service.

* Continuously improve through learning, training, and constructive feedback.
* Be flexible in assisting across service, barista support, cashiering, packaging, events, and other operational responsibilities as assigned by management.
Pay: ₹8,683.04 - ₹24,676.21 per month
