About the Role
PMK Scan & Diagnostic Centre is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our field sales operations and expand our business network. We are seeking a results-driven professional with strong experience in healthcare sales, diagnostic services, hospital marketing, or pharmaceutical sales who can build long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Generate new business through hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporate clients, and referral partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the field sales team.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's presence.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare, diagnostic, hospital, pharmaceutical, or field sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for field visits.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
