Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records accurately. Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process. Assist with onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
