We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and driven Inside Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary voice of our company. You will handle everything from reaching out to new business leads to supporting our existing clients and ensuring old customers continue to partner with us.

Salary: Rs.25,000 - Rs.35,000 (Based on experience) + Incentives
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Customer Acquisition (New Sales): Follow up on incoming digital leads and make outbound calls to prospective clients. Introduce our products/services, understand their needs, and pitch the right solutions to close sales.
- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, product questions, or issues. Provide accurate information politely and coordinate with the internal technical/operations team to resolve queries quickly.
- Customer Retention (Re-engagement): Regularly connect with our database of past and existing customers. Gather feedback on their experience, update them on new product launches, and secure repeat orders.
- Data Management: Maintain a clean daily log of calls made, follow-up dates, customer issues, and sales pipelines in our CRM or Excel trackers.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in outbound telesales, inside sales, or customer service. Experience in high-value or technical product sales is a big advantage.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. You must be able to speak clearly, professionally, and confidently over the phone.
Customer-Centric Mindset: A balance of a persuasive sales attitude with the patience and empathy needed to solve customer problems.
Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable working with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools to manage call data.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
