Key Responsibilities:
- Visit ongoing construction, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure project sites to identify potential business opportunities.
- Meet builders, contractors, architects, consultants, project managers, and purchase teams.
- Present and explain company LED lighting products, features, technical specifications, and benefits.
- Understand client requirements including product type, quantity, specifications, project timeline, and budget.
- Collect complete project details and submit structured reports to the company.
- Coordinate with the internal sales/technical team for preparing quotations and technical proposals.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of LED lighting products (indoor, outdoor, commercial, industrial lighting).
- Basic technical understanding of lighting solutions.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
