Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tele caller to handle customer interactions, generate leads, and promote our herbal and cosmetic products. The candidate must be fluent in Malayalam and at least one additional language (English/Hindi/Tamil/Kannada preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products (herbal & cosmetic) clearly
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales team when required
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in English or other languages (Mandatory)
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
