Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating daily sales activities, distributing work among team members, maintaining sales records, preparing reports, conducting sales analysis, and assisting the AGM in achieving business objectives. The role requires strong analytical skills, data management capabilities, and the ability to convert sales data into actionable insights for improving sales performance
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Work Distribution
- Coordinate and monitor daily sales activities across sales teams.
- Distribute sales-related tasks and assignments as directed by the AGM.
- Track task completion and follow up with team members on pending activities.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Maintain and update sales schedules, customer records, and sales documentation.
Sales Analysis & Reporting
- · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales trends, customer buying patterns, and market performance.
- Monitor sales targets and provide variance analysis.
- Generate dashboards and MIS reports.
- Identify areas for sales improvement and recommend corrective actions.
Data Mining & Data Management
- Maintain sales and customer databases.
- Perform data mining to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
- Extract meaningful insights from data.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in CRM/ERP systems.
AGM Support
- · Prepare presentations, reports, and business reviews.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, MIS, or Data Analysis.
- Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or Distribution Industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
