As an early team member, you will play a key role in building the brand from the ground up and directly contribute to the company's growth journey.
Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales & Market Development Executive to drive sales and market expansion for SpiceRoots in Ujjain and surrounding areas.
The role involves extensive field visits, retailer onboarding, HORECA sales, market research, lead generation, customer relationship management, and local brand-building activities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Sales Development
· Visit grocery stores, kirana stores, supermarkets, provision stores, and spice retailers daily.
· Introduce SpiceRoots products and schemes.
· Generate new retailer orders.
· Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
· Develop strong retailer relationships.
· Follow up for repeat orders.
2. HORECA & Institutional Sales
Visit and develop business from:
· Restaurants
· Hotels
· Cafes
· Caterers
· Tiffin services
· Cloud kitchens
· Bakeries, etc.
Responsibilities include:
· Product presentations
· Sampling activities
· Requirement analysis
· Order generation
· Customer retention
3. Market Intelligence
Collect and report:
· Competitor pricing
· Competitor schemes
· Popular products
· Customer feedback
· Market trends
· New business opportunities
· Provide weekly market reports to management.
4. Lead Generation & Tele-calling
· Generate leads through field visits and referrals.
· Conduct telephonic follow-ups.
· Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
· Maintain customer database.

Eligibility:
Education
· Graduate preferred
· 12th Pass candidates with strong sales experience may also apply
Experience
Preferred:
· Min. 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience

Compensation:
Fixed Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
