ROLE
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee our entire digital marketing department. This role goes beyond managing advertising campaigns—it requires a proven leader who can drive growth across all marketing channels while managing and mentoring a multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Shopify eCommerce, Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, and digital marketing strategy, along with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams, executing data-driven campaigns, and scaling eCommerce brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, manage, and mentor the entire Marketing Department, including: Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing, Media Buying, Shopify/eCommerce Management Team
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business and revenue objectives.
- Own and manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment across all marketing channels.
- Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other PPC platforms.
- Manage the overall performance and growth of the company's Shopify stores, working closely with internal teams to improve conversion rates, customer experience, and sales.
- Analyze key marketing KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, AOV, LTV, and overall revenue performance.
- Develop customer acquisition, retention, remarketing, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to produce high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional assets.
- Lead campaign planning, product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven optimization strategies to improve marketing performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Prepare regular executive reports with insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities for leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience leading and managing marketing teams across multiple functions, including: Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing, Paid Media/Media Buying, Shopify/eCommerce Operations
- Strong hands-on experience managing Shopify stores and scaling eCommerce brands.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC campaign management, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns for profitability and growth.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with a proven record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
