Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Zoho CRM for clients
- Understand client sales and customer management processes
- Customize CRM modules, fields, workflows, and reports
- Provide user training and post-implementation support
- Resolve client queries and assist with CRM adoption
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for successful project delivery
Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of Sales, Customer Service, and Business Processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Comfortable working with software applications and technology
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM or any CRM platform is an advantage
