Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the institute's digital and performance marketing efforts. Working closely with and reporting to the Head – Marketing, Branding & Automation, this role will be responsible for executing digital campaigns, supporting SEO and social media activities, and assisting in lead generation and admission funnel initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or early-career marketer to build hands-on experience across performance marketing, CRM-driven workflows, and marketing analytics in a fast-paced admissions environment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Performance Marketing Execution
- Assist in planning, setting up, and monitoring Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Support day-to-day SEO activities — on-page optimization, keyword research, content tagging.
- Execute the social media content calendar and coordinate post scheduling and publishing.
- Support landing page creation, updates, and basic conversion rate optimization tasks.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL) and flag issues for review.
Admission Funnel & Lead Support
- Support lead capture, tagging, and tracking through the admission funnel (Inquiry → Counselling → Demo → Walk-in → Admission).
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team to ensure timely follow-up on marketing-generated leads.
- Help identify drop-off points in the funnel and share observations with the Head.
CRM & Marketing Automation Support
- Execute CRM and automation workflows (WhatsApp, email, SMS) designed by the Head – Marketing.
- Maintain accurate and updated lead/contact data within the CRM.
- Support automated communication flows: inquiry response, brochure sharing, demo/webinar reminders, follow-up nudges.
Content & Creative Coordination
- Coordinate with creative agencies/content team for ad creatives, brochures, and social media assets.
- Assist in basic content creation and editing using tools like Canva.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and compile campaign performance data using Google Analytics and Google Sheets.
- Prepare weekly performance summaries and reports for the Head – Marketing, Branding & Automation.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with the Counsellors, Admissions Team, Operations Team, and Website/Creative vendors as directed by the Head.

- Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Fundamentals of SEO and content marketing
- Social media management and scheduling
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn CRM and marketing automation tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Tools (Exposure/Willingness to Learn)
- Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics
- Canva or similar design tools
- Google Sheets, Google Forms
- CRM platforms (training will be provided)
- WhatsApp Business API, Email Marketing Platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience; internships or academic projects in digital marketing will be preferred.
- Certification in Digital Marketing (Google/HubSpot or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
