Job Title: Executive – Content & Communications
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Content & Communications to support storytelling, content creation, and communication initiatives across programs and fundraising verticals. This role will focus on capturing on-ground impact, developing engaging content, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality communication materials for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Source and develop impact stories through stakeholder outreach (email, calls, field visits, and event coverage).
Capture authentic beneficiary stories, testimonials, and voices from the ground.
Produce a minimum of 25 stories per quarter, achieving 100 stories annually.
Ensure all stories are well-written, engaging, and aligned with the Coffee Table Book’s objectives.
Collect and compile success stories from various programs.
Gather beneficiary narratives and key insights from the field.
Develop and finalize case studies for use across:
Provide detailed raw content for social media and digital platforms as required.
Support coverage of events, field visits, and program activities.
Document key highlights through write-ups, beneficiary interactions, and stakeholder inputs.
Capture donor quotes, partner feedback, and testimonials during events.
Assist in converting on-ground experiences into engaging content pieces.
Develop content for creatives and collaterals such as:
Posters, banners, brochures, leaflets, pamphlets, standees
Support campaigns, events, and program activities across print and digital formats.
Ensure timely submission of content in line with deadlines.
Assist in developing content for fundraising campaigns, including:
Emailers
Campaign messaging for fundraising platforms
Branding materials (e.g., diaries, calendars)
Incorporate donor quotes, testimonials, and impact highlights into communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with departments to gather relevant content.
Compile and draft newsletter content as per timelines and standards.
Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with communication guidelines.
Support development of stories, testimonials, and content for the annual report.
Assist in reviewing and editing content as required.
Ensure consistency in tone, language, and quality across materials.
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Ability to interact with beneficiaries and stakeholders to gather content
Good coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail and strong editing ability
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel for field visits and event coverage
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field; candidates with any graduate degree along with a Diploma/Certification in Journalism or Mass Communication are also encouraged to apply
1–3 years of relevant experience in content writing, communications, or within the development/non-profit sector
Demonstrated experience or exposure to fundraising communications and donor engagement is desirable
Experience in field documentation & on-ground storytelling will be an added advantage.
