The Client Servicing Executive is the primary liaison between our creative studio and its clients, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery, and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, maintaining warm yet professional communication.
- Gather, document, and clarify client requirements, ensuring alignment with project scope and brand vision.
- Coordinate with internal teams to assign resources, track progress, and manage deadlines.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively suggest solutions, ensuring projects run smoothly.
- Prepare quarterly workflow plans and status updates, reinforcing accountability and transparency.
