Experience- 4-8 years
Qualification- MBA HR / MSW / PGDM HR / Graduate with HR specialization
Job description:
1. Managing recruitment process (job posting, interviews and selection) & onboarding
2. Maintain attendance, payroll & HR records
3.Handle employee queries & grievance support
4. Managing admin activities
5.Coordinate for engagement activities
6. Support performance management process.
7. Statutory compalinace (PF, ESIC ,PT)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Experience:
- HR Recruitment: 4 years (Preferred)
- Attendance, Payroll, PF: 4 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
