Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates. This covers clinical staff (doctors, nurses, technicians) and non-clinical staff (administration)
- Onboarding & Induction: Manage orientation programs, verify credentials, and ensure new hires align with hospital policies and culture.
- Compliance & Credentialing: Monitor legally mandated certifications, ensure background verifications are completed, and maintain compliance with local labor laws and hospital bylaws.
- Employee Relations & Welfare: Address employee grievances, administer health and wellness benefits, and drive performance appraisals.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: MBA in HR
- Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong preference for candidates with direct healthcare or hospital-sector backgrounds.
Pay: ₹390,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
