Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Support payroll processing and attendance management.
- Manage employee grievances and provide HR-related support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in training and development programs for employee
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR operations or similar role.
- Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
