Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic HR Recruiter with experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future hiring requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably bulk hiring or BPO hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in volume hiring for BPO, Customer Support, Sales, or Operations roles.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
