Position: Administration Executive Industry: Logistics & Supply Chain Experience: 5–8 Years Location: Mumbai Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office facilities.
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pantry, stationery, and maintenance services.
Handle office asset management, procurement, and inventory records.
Monitor office expenses and maintain administrative budgets and reports.
Ensure timely renewal of AMC contracts, licenses, and office-related agreements.
Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation for employees and visitors.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation with accuracy.
Support employee onboarding by arranging workstations, ID cards, and other administrative requirements.
Liaise with internal departments and external agencies for smooth office operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
5–8 years of experience in Administration, preferably in a logistics, transportation, or supply chain company.
Good knowledge of vendor management, facility management, and office administration.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
