Job Description:
We are looking to bring on a motivated Civil Engineer (Fresher) who is eager to start their career in the construction and engineering domain. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a disciplined educational background from a convent school, and a basic understanding of proposal writing and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing civil engineering projects
- Support in preparing basic proposals, documents, and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients through clear verbal and written communication
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Assist in site visits, quantity estimation, and basic technical tasks
- Follow company standards, timelines, and quality guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Educational background from a Convent School (mandatory)
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of proposal writing or documentation
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
- Good organizational and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship experience in civil engineering, construction, or related fields
- Exposure to proposal writing, bidding documents, or project documentation
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and basic reporting tools
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome
- Internship experience will be an added advantage
