Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee food safety, hygiene, and service quality across kitchen operations and event locations. The role involves ensuring compliance with food safety standards, conducting audits, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, FSMS, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections at kitchens and event sites.
- Maintain QA documentation, including temperature logs, sanitation records, and training reports.
- Monitor food handling, storage, presentation, and service quality.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Evaluate vendor quality and monitor raw material standards.
- Train employees on SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality practices.
- Identify process improvements to enhance quality and reduce wastage.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or Quality Control within the hospitality, catering, or food production industry.
- Good knowledge of FSSAI, FSMS, HACCP, hygiene practices, and quality audits.
- Strong documentation, communication, and team training skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
