Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and facilitate the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Prepare joining documentation and employee files.
- Coordinate exit interviews and full-and-final settlements.
- Manage employee separation processes.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Maintain attendance systems and reports.
- Coordinate with departments regarding leave approvals.
4. Payroll Support
- Collect and verify payroll-related data.
- Coordinate with finance/payroll teams for salary processing.
- Address employee payroll queries.
5. Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances and concerns.
- Promote a positive work environment.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
6. Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee goals and performance reviews.
- Support employee development initiatives.
7. HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Manage HR correspondence and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Timing: Monday to Saturday- 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
