Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of AI-powered solutions across the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will drive enterprise AI initiatives using ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Agent Assist, AIOps, and Generative AI, delivering intelligent automation, predictive insights, and enhanced user experiences across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and custom applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI architecture roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
- Design and implement AI and GenAI solutions using Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Agent Assist, AI Search, and AIOps.
- Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions integrated with external AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- Lead AI use case development, model deployment, automation, and knowledge generation initiatives.
- Establish AI governance, data strategy, model lifecycle management, and compliance with security and privacy standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and data scientists to deliver AI-driven business outcomes.
- Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance on AI/ML best practices.
- Evaluate emerging ServiceNow AI capabilities and measure business value through automation, productivity, and service improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, App Engine, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Agent Assist, AI Search, and AIOps.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, NLP, model evaluation, and Generative AI.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with REST/SOAP APIs and cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong JavaScript skills; Python experience is an advantage.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale, cloud-native architectures with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA)
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, or CSM)
- AI/ML certifications such as Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, or equivalent

Pay: From ₹3,500,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad District)
