About the Role:
At Benaka Healthcare, we design and deliver turnkey hospital projects and supply essential medical equipment. We are looking for a sales executive who is sincere, solution-oriented, and comfortable engaging with decision-makers in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, and healthcare groups for equipment and turnkey project opportunities
- Build long-term, respectful relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams
- Present suitable solutions aligned with client requirements and project scope
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, planning, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery
- Handle quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with clarity and professionalism
- Track competitor activity and market trends
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions
- Support exhibitions, demos, and client presentations
- Meet assigned sales targets consistently and ethically
Requirements:
- Graduate in Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Prior experience in healthcare or infrastructure sales preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed
