Job Description – Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Coordinate between Engineers and Customers for smooth execution of service calls.
Attend customer telephone calls and register complaints.
Continuously monitor customer WhatsApp groups and respond to complaints promptly.
Allocate customer service calls to Engineers as per availability and priority.
Follow up with Engineers and collect service call reports.
Maintain attendance and track the working hours of all Engineers.
Possess good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel), Google Sheets, and email handling.
Coordinate material pickup and delivery requests received from Engineers and forward them to the Pickup & Delivery Team.
Respond to customer queries received through email.
