We are looking for a charismatic and empathetic Trainer to join our mission of turning shy students into confident communicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging public speaking sessions for children (5–18 years)
- Teach voice modulation, body language, stage confidence, storytelling & speech delivery, critical thinking, etc
- Prepare and execute structured lesson plans and activities
- Conduct mock presentations, debates, and confidence-building exercises and related activities
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents
- Assist in organizing workshops, events, and competitions
- Create a positive and motivating classroom environment
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Assamese is a plus)
- Confident stage presence and public speaking ability
- Experience in teaching, training, anchoring, theatre, debate, or communication training preferred
- Passion for working with children
- Energetic, patient, and creative personality
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (English, Communications, or Performing Arts preferred).
- Communication: Native-level fluency in English with a clear, professional speaking voice.
- Personality: High energy, patience, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Experience: 1+ years in teaching, drama, RJing, or public speaking (Toastmasters/Debating).
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- Proficiency in Assamese or Hindi.
- Background in theater or competitive debating.
