Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding NEET, MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, and other medical admissions.
- Understand students' academic profiles and recommend suitable colleges.
- Handle inbound and outbound counselling calls.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions through ethical counselling.
Who We're Looking For:
- Explain admission processes, eligibility, counselling rounds, documentation, and fee structures.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with admission and operations teams for smooth enrolment.
✔ 1+ years of experience in:
- NEET Counselling
- Medical Admission Counselling
- Career Counselling ✔ Excellent communication in Hindi and English ✔ Strong counselling and persuasion skills ✔ Deep understanding of:
- NEET Exam
- MCC Counselling
- State Counselling
- MBBS/BDS Admissions
- Private & Deemed Medical Colleges
✔ Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
