Telecaller – Immigration Process

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for immigration services
- Guide clients regarding visa and immigration processes
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain client records and update CRM
- Schedule appointments for counselors
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and customer handling skills
- Fluent in English/Hindi/Punjabi preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
