Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service
- Chat or Email Support experience is mandatory
- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via Chat and Email.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customers.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
- Ensure excellent customer experience and communication
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month.
In - hand : 25,500 to 26,000
