Job Summary
We are looking for a Front Office Associate to manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional appearance, and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and customers.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings.
- Maintain visitor records and front office documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and emails.
- Provide basic information about company services and facilities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior front office, reception, customer service, or administrative experience is an advantage.
