Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Manage receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, packaging materials, tea leaves, flavors, premixes, and finished goods.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to support uninterrupted production.
- Monitor stock movement and minimize inventory losses.
- Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual physical stock verification.
Warehouse Operations
- Supervise all warehouse and store activities.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for tea and packaging materials.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety requirements.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and identification of all materials.
Material Receipt & Dispatch
- Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate unloading and inspection with Quality Assurance.
- Ensure timely material issuance to production.
- Coordinate dispatch of finished goods with logistics and sales.
Inventory Control
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Investigate stock variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP.
- Prepare stock reconciliation reports.
Documentation & ERP
- Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), Gate Passes, Delivery Challans, and stock registers.
- Update inventory transactions in SAP/ERP on a real-time basis.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain proper document filing for audits.
Coordination

Team Management
- Lead and supervise store assistants, warehouse supervisors, and helpers.
- Allocate daily work and monitor performance.
- Train employees on inventory handling, ERP usage, safety, and hygiene.
- Maintain discipline within the stores department.
Audit & Control
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure complete traceability of materials.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Implement corrective actions arising from audit observations.
Safety Responsibilities
- Ensure safe storage of materials.
- Monitor housekeeping standards.
- Ensure use of PPE by warehouse staff.
- Conduct periodic safety inspections.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
