We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Senior HR Executive to drive our end-to-end human resources and administrative operations. In this dynamic, generalist role, you will be the backbone of our workplace, managing everything from talent acquisition (IT and Non-IT) and employee lifecycle management to payroll processing and core office administration. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience balancing HR functions with operational and financial tasks like vendor management, petty cash, and client invoicing. You will play a vital role in maintaining a positive company culture, ensuring compliance, and keeping our facility running smoothly leveraging modern HR tech.

Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring cycle for both IT and Non-IT roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation, utilizing Ceipal ATS to streamline the pipeline.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee all employee stages, executing seamless onboarding for new hires and conducting smooth exit formalities.
- Background Verification (BGV): Initiate and track comprehensive background checks for all incoming employees.
- HR Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records, contracts, and HR databases via the Zoho People portal and SharePoint.
HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor and manage daily employee attendance, shift schedules, and time-off requests utilizing the Zoho People portal.
- Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly employee payroll and benefits administration using Zoho Payroll.
- Policy Management: Regularly review, update, and communicate HR policies to ensure compliance with current labor laws and company standards.
- Performance Management: Drive periodic performance appraisal cycles, assisting managers and employees with goal setting and feedback within our HR systems.
- Grievance Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing and resolving grievances promptly and fairly.
- Engagement & Culture: Plan, coordinate, and execute regular employee engagement activities, team-building events, and workplace celebrations.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and present routine HR metrics and MIS reports to management to support data-driven decision-making.
Administration & Financial Operations
- Financial Admin: Manage daily office expenses through petty cash, ensuring accurate tracking and submitting month-end reconciliations to the Accounts team.
- Client Invoicing: Raise invoices, share them with clients, and actively follow up to ensure timely payments.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate with and manage external vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure high-quality service and cost efficiency.
- Facilities & Procurement: Oversee general office administration, facilities management, and the routine procurement of office supplies, groceries, and pantry consumables.
Job Requirements
Education/Qualification
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree in HR is highly preferred.
· Core Skills: Strong understanding of general HR practices, labor laws, leave/attendance management, and full-cycle payroll processes.
· Software Proficiency: Hands-on, practical experience with Zoho People (Attendance/HRIS), Zoho Payroll, and Ceipal ATS is essential. Familiarity with MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and basic accounting/invoicing tools is required.
· Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (both written and verbal). High level of empathy combined with strong problem-solving abilities.
· Organization: Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information with integrity.
Experience
· 5 to 6 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR/Admin combined role.
· Demonstrated experience in handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment pipelines.
· Prior experience managing office administration, vendor relationships, and basic financial operations (like petty cash and invoicing) is strictly required.
Pay: ₹15,120.33 - ₹40,327.71 per month
