We required Setter / Engineer - Process Engineering Machine Shop (1 candidate) for our plant in Mohali, Punjab.
Requirement -
- Assist in optimizing machining processes for CNC, VMC & HMC machines.
- Prepare, modify, and optimize CNC programs as per component requirements.
- Select suitable cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters for production.
- Analyze tooling-related issues and implement corrective actions to improve tool life and productivity with senior team member.
- Work closely with Production and Quality teams to resolve machining and quality concerns.
- Conduct root cause analysis of machining defects and implement process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for cycle time reduction and cost optimization.
- Support & assist new product development, and process documentation activities.
- Assist in tooling modifications and process changes based on quality feedback and inspection results.
- Can travel our plants for related work if needed.
Qualification - Diploma / B.Tech (Mech)
Requirement - Minimum 3 years experience.
Salary Range - 25000/- to 40000/- per month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
