Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our range of plywood, laminates, veneers, and decorative products.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, dealers, and end customers.
Promote and sell the company's product range including plywood, laminates, veneers, and decorative materials.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and provide technical information to customers.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in plywood, laminates, veneers, furniture materials, building materials, or interior products will be an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
Ability to travel locally for customer meetings and site visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
