- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

- SLA Adherence: Maintain consistent support to clients, meeting or exceeding agreed-upon service level agreements.
- Tier 1 Support: Handle L1 support tickets and phone calls, providing initial troubleshooting and guidance.
- Remote Support: Efficiently manage tickets and live chats, offering remote assistance to clients.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Technical Proficiency: Possess certifications or training in RedHat, MCSA, or related IT fields.
