Sales Consultant – Property Sales Division
Buildown Developers is looking for a results-driven Sales Consultant / Sales Officer to join our Property Sales Division. This is an urgent hiring requirement, and candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred.
The selected candidate will play a key role in converting qualified leads into successful property sales, delivering personalized project presentations and site walkthroughs, and building long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with high-intent leads and schedule site visits for our residential projects.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting project features, layout advantages, ROI potential, and locality infrastructure.
- Follow up with prospective customers and guide them throughout the sales process.
- Build, expand, and nurture a strong network of local channel partners to generate indirect bookings.
- Maintain systematic records of customer interactions, follow-up stages, and sales pipeline status in the CRM.
- Achieve defined monthly sales revenue and booking targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a professional buying experience.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales experience in Real Estate, Banking, Automobile, Hospitality, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and conduct effective project presentations.
- Candidates available for immediate joining are strongly preferred.
