Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate new business opportunities for our logistics and freight forwarding services.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound B2B calls to importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, and corporate clients, introducing the company's logistics services, generating qualified leads, following up with prospects, and fixing appointments for the Sales/Business Development team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to consistently achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Candidates with experience in B2B sales from any industry are welcome to apply.
- Logistics/Freight Forwarding experience is not mandatory.
- Candidates should have experience in lead generation, cold calling, customer follow-up, appointment fixing, and converting prospects into business opportunities.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in B2B sales may also be considered.
Preferred Candidate
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable with cold calling.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Email, and Internet.
- Willing to make regular outbound calls and generate new B2B leads.
Important: Logistics knowledge can be provided through on-the-job training, so the main focus should be on B2B sales ability, communication, lead generation, and attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
