Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Computer Trainer to provide training on Basic to Advanced Computer Skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering practical and theoretical instruction to students, job seekers, and working professionals while ensuring a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:Training & Instruction
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on basic to advanced computer concepts.
- Teach computer fundamentals, operating systems, internet usage, email communication, and digital literacy.
- Deliver comprehensive training in:
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Advanced Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Data Analysis)
- Tally Prime / Tally ERP
- Basic Programming Languages
- Database Fundamentals
- Computer Hardware & Networking Basics
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual guidance where required.
Student Support
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests, projects, and practical demonstrations.
- Assist students in resolving technical and academic queries.
- Encourage hands-on learning and project-based activities.
- Maintain attendance records, training reports, and assessment documentation.
Administrative Duties
- Ensure proper maintenance of computer lab equipment and software.
- Prepare and submit training progress reports to management.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and incorporate relevant industry trends into training modules.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Certification in Tally, MS Office, Programming, or relevant computer courses will be preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in computer training or teaching.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Computer Fundamentals and Digital Literacy.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
- Knowledge of Programming Languages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners of varying skill levels.
