Hiring: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Location: ITPL, Seetharam Palaya, Whitefield, Bangalore
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Age Criteria: 20 – 27 years
Gender: Male / Female
Please note: Candidates must currently be based in Bangalore. Out-station applications will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed, along with social media platforms, internal databases, and networking channels
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the management team
- Handle candidate follow-ups, documentation, and joining formalities
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Prior experience in real estate or sales hiring will be preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
