Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telugu & Kannada Speaking Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, communicating with customers in Telugu and Kannada, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Communicate fluently in Telugu, Kannada, and basic English/Tamil (preferred).
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and service requests.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Fluency in Telugu and Kannada is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
