Responsible for overseeing on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Acts as the primary point of contact on-site, coordinating teams, managing schedules, and maintaining quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.
- Ensure projects meet design specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage construction teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor work quality and enforce adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
- Track materials, equipment, and inventory for smooth workflow.
