Core Responsibilities:
- Working hour: 9.00am to 9.00pm (12hr)
- Tool & Die Assembly: Overseeing the precise final fitting, component assembly, and alignment (such as "blue matching" and cavity fitting) of complex dies and molds.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identifying and swiftly fixing design flaws or mechanical issues during die trials to minimize production downtime.
- Machining & Fabrication: Operating both manual machines (lathes, mills, grinders) and advanced CNC/EDM equipment to cut, bore, and polish parts to micro-tolerances.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Often leading a shop floor team, guiding junior makers, assemblers, and trainees.
- Quality Assurance: The accuracy of the die dictates the dimensional accuracy and finish of every single part mass-produced by the machine.
- Cost Efficiency: Senior makers minimize scrap and production waste by ensuring molds function smoothly and last through thousands of cycles.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Injection/Blow mould die making: 4 years (Preferred)
