We are looking for a highly skilled PHP Lead with strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, React.js, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate should have prior Team Lead experience with hands-on production support expertise and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.
- Provide hands-on production support and troubleshoot critical issues in live environments.
- Drive enhancements and contribute to greenfield/new project development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile setup to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications.
- Mentor team members and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
Mandatory Skills:
8+ years of experience in PHP development.
Strong expertise in PHP 7.x / PHP 8.x.
Hands-on experience with Laravel framework.
Minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.
Prior Team Lead experience with hands-on production support and issue fixing.
Strong experience with MySQL and REST APIs.
Ability to work on enhancements and new projects in an agile environment.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
