Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and highly proficient Montessori Teacher to join our Early Years team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional English language skills, a child-centered approach to learning, and the ability to create an engaging and nurturing classroom environment.
Key Requirements
- Montessori training/certification preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.
- Ability to conduct all classroom interactions, storytelling, phonics instruction, and parent communication effectively in English.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching young learners.
- Experience in Montessori or preschool settings will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate Montessori learning experiences.
- Foster language development, social-emotional growth, and foundational literacy skills.
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Observe, assess, and document student progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school leadership.
- Participate actively in school events, training programs, and professional development activities.
