Job Summary
We are looking for a pleasant and professional Front Desk Executive to manage our reception area. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience while handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Handle visitor logs and issue visitor badges
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Provide basic information about the organization to visitors
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in difficult situations
