Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to promote transparency and efficient problem-solving.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with Java programming and backend development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Knowledge of database management and optimization techniques.
- Ability to work with front-end technologies to support full stack development.
