Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Expert to lead and strengthen the implementation of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) in the Early Years. The ideal candidate will bring deep understanding of early childhood education, inquiry-based learning, and child-centered pedagogy aligned with IB philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and review engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with IB PYP Early Years framework
- Ensure effective inquiry-based, play-based, and concept-driven teaching practices
- Mentor and support early years teachers on IB methodologies and best practices
- Plan and conduct curriculum mapping, unit planning, and assessments as per IB standards
- Observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Support documentation of student learning through portfolios and observations
- Collaborate with school leadership, coordinators, and parents to support holistic child development
- Lead professional development sessions for early years educators
- Ensure compliance with IB authorization and evaluation requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- IB PYP training/certification preferred
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Early Years education (IB experience mandatory)
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning pedagogy
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
